Other brands have a self locking coupling where you don’t need to pull back the coupling in order to store your bit on the holder. It’s a simple thing but when switching between different bits often it becomes rather annoying

The ball bearings in this are terrible. They do not hold bits snuggly, or securely bits just fall out.

You should be able to push the bits in without pulling the lock back. It makes it an awkward 2 handed job
